Collagen is a fibrous protein, collagen peptides Gelita® are enzymatically split fragments of collagen which creates bodies of all animals. Collagen represents 30 % of all body proteins, represents 70 % of joint cartilages dry basis, has a great importance for a structure and integrity of our bodies. It does not occur in plants, it is natural part of locomotor system, bones, cartilages and joints, and it determines mechanical properties of cartilages, primarily their firmness and elasticity.

DOSAGE:
Adults and children over 12: 15 g – 1 full measuring scoop once a day. Children from 3 to 12: 7 g – 0,5 of measuring scoop once a day. Do not exceed recommended daily dose !

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Take the preparation for 2 or 3 month. Treatment is possible to repeat three times a year. Do not interrupt ongoing treatment. CONTINUOUS ADMINISTRATION IS POSSIBLE.

Bone metabolism disorders are usually not only on a calcium metabolism level, but mainly on collagen metabolism level. Therefore the combination of calcium and other bone minerals, vitamin D and collagen peptides is very convenient for bones nourishment. We recommend administration of the preparation for bone tissues nourishment in two-month intervals three times a year.
